When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

this is a gorgeous photograph! the depth is beautiful- the way it's been completely detailed on the closes part of the lizard and then fades to the opposite side of the lizard. the scaly skin is magnificent! Also, the colors are so vivid and alive, it's just beautiful.
the way you've focused the camera to pick up one those tiny closes details and then succeed to blur out the background, and even the object the lizard is clinging to, its just pure talent. the eye is also so beautifully focused on - and it draws in the eye as the focal point to the picture. it has a lovely glassy effect that really draws attention.
the angle of the shot also works very well for this subject. it elongates the shot to have it vertical opposed to horizontal, and the slight angle - aiming for the upper corner of the frame, sets it off perfectly.
gorgeous texture and sharpness with just enough softness around the edges to keep it easy on the eyes. wonderful work!
